IF A LAYMAN CAN SPOT IT, I’M SURE A HIGHLY EDUCATED AND EXPERIENCE JUDGE SHOULD HAVE NO TROUBLE.
LAST WEEK I SAW A JUDGE GRANT A FINAL JUDGMENT IN A CASE WITH NO NOTE/MORTGAGE IN THE FILE, OUTSTANDING AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES, AND A SHAM DISCOVERY FILED. THE SAME JUDGE, I WON’T MENTION ELI’S NAME, GAVE THE PLAINTIFF A JUDGMENT AND A SALE DATE WHEN THE NOTICE OF HEARING WAS MAILED THE DAY BEFORE, BY AN ATTORNEY FOR MARSHALL WATSON THAT WAS ADMONISHED TWO YEARS AGO FOR FALSE NOTARIZING AND FILING FALSE DOCUMENTS, NOW THERE IS CREDITABILITY.
THE LAWYERS UNDER INVESTIGATION STILL GO THEIR MERRY WAY, NEVER QUESTIONED OR EVEN DOUBTED BY THE JUDGE, UTILIZING “COVERAGE ATTORNEYS” TO VERIFY AND PROSECUTE CASES THEY OPENED FOR THE FIRST TIME WHEN CALLED TO THE PODIUM. WHY WOULD MARSHALL WATSON AND DAVID STERN’S OFFICE USE COVERAGE ATTORNEYS WHEN COMBINE THEY HAVE APPROX 1,800 ATTORNEYS WORKING FOR THEM.

YOU CAN BUILD A HOUSE OF CARDS, BUT DON’T EXPECT TO LIVE IN IT FOREVER. THE MAJOR DIFFERENCE FROM THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES AND A “CIVILIZED” COUNTRY WAS ALWAYS MEASURED BY THEIR JUSTICE SYSTEM. This a good training even for new agents that haven’t sold their first property. Many clients complain about their experience when buying a home in foreclosure or in a short sale. This is just the lack of knowledge on the topic.
